Harford Plein Air Festival in Downtown Bel Air
A two-hour timed plein air painting competition in downtown for plein air painters in two categories: community painters ages 18 and up of all experience levels and juried artists registered for the Harford Plein Air Festival. Registration 8:30 am, painting 9 to 11 am, awards 11:30 am. $20 artists’ entry fee. Advanced registration and rules available at www.mdcfa.org
