Fly Dance Fitness® – (November 5, 12, 19, 2025)

Fly Dance Fitness® is a downright booty-shakin’ dance fitness workout! Each class incorporates fun, funky, easy to follow repetitive choreographed moves. This format combines cardiovascular exercise, agility and memory retention. One new routine will be taught step by step in each class. No dance experience needed. Wear tennis shoes.
This registration includes 3 weeks of class (November 5, 12, 19, 2025)–class is 6:30-7:30pm (doors open 6:10pm). NO CLASS 11/26. Purchase one ticket (listed under the November 5th date) and you will be registered for all 3 weeks. Must register online in advance by 11/5 at 2pm. Sales will close once all spots have been claimed.
Taught by the ONLY Certified Fly Dance Instructor in Maryland, Tina is a wife, mom, Senior Associate of Finance/Owner of her family owned business. Tina’s passion for instructing group fitness began in 2011. Tina has always loved motivating her participants to challenge themselves, step out of their comfort zones, and just have FUN!! Tina has excelled her fitness training with running Spartan Races. She is currently certified in Fly Dance Fitness, Les Mills BodyPump, BodyJam, and Barre Intensity.
