Creativity is blooming in Bel Air this spring! This season, the Bel Air Cultural Arts Commission is proud to present the “Bel Air Spring Art Exhibition” in partnership with the Bel Air Branch of Harford County Public Library and Harford County Public Schools.
The exhibit captures the spirit of renewal, growth, and imagination — all beautifully reflected through the eyes of our talented local students at Homestead-Wakefield Elementary School, Bel Air Elementary School, Bel Air Middle School, and Bel Air High School.
The exhibit will be on display with FREE admission throughout the month of May in the Bel Air Library’s exhibit room (outside the passport office) during regular library hours.
