Artists interpret the idea of summer, outdoors, nature and hometown through their artwork. LIRIODENDRON ART EXHIBIT

Liriodendron Mansion 502 W. Gordon Street, Bel Air

The historic Liriodendron Mansion will host artists Ellie Tryon Elgin, Rhoda Seiden and Barbara Love in a summer art exhibit.  View the historic home and estate grounds of Dr. Howard Kelly while taking in art by local artists. The second floor art gallery is open Sundays 1-4pm and Wednesdays 1-7pm. Admission is free.

B&O Railroad Line Presentation

THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY OF HARFORD COUNTY, INC. PRESENTS   The Once Regal B&O Royal Blue Line in Harford County Frank A. Wrabel is a graduate of Towson University and a retired bank operations manager. A second career spans 50 years as a railroad historian, writer and railroad display consultant. Frank will share a brief history of the B&O route in Harford County including stations and structures that once served county residents. The presentation will also feature trains that served the region, railroad innovation that was perfected on that route, and the transition to the current CSX strategic freight route.
