Attendees will experience local art which celebrates the diversity that makes up Harford County. Artists will be selling and demonstrating their crafts. The world fare tables and cultural booths take advantage of the opportunity to provide knowledge of the traditions of our world and how they have integrated into our diverse society today. The children’s garden outside will be filled with a variety of activities including face painting\, interactive performances\, storytelling and crafts. Everyone will enjoy music\, fabulous art\, light fare\, wine and great conversation. We will finish the evening with a lively round of numbers being called to see who gets to take home which of their favorite pieces of art. Just want to come enjoy the evening? Tickets to enjoy music\, fabulous art\, light fare\, wine and great conversation are only $25 per person. All proceeds go towards our mission of promoting Art in Harford County and our events\, programs and community outreach. 2022 will see Harford Artists’ partner with Black Eyed Suzie’s \, a locally owned restaurant and venue space here in Bel Air. Brian Acquavella\, the owner of Black Eyed Suzie’s\, donates the labor and staff to prepare meals for people in need throughout the year. Harford Artists’ Association\, Inc. will be donating 10% of ALL tickets sold for Take a Chance on Art to Black Eyed Suzie’s to be used to purchase food and packaging for this year-long project.

DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED A New Noise is a community-sourced project with the goal of showcasing local\, alternative musicians who play original music. Their first two events feature eight different bands of various genres to play at the Armory in downtown Bel Air on Thursdays\, January 13th and 20th\, 2022 at 5pm. The admission fee is $10. \nJanuary 13th will feature Act 109\, Vendetta\, Redacted\, and Heartbent. January 20th will feature Mellon Farmers\, Shangri-la\, Blank Slate\, and Astral Castle. \nThe organizers of A New Noise support local alternative music similarly to how orchestras and choirs have enjoyed tremendous support from the community. The event is alcohol-free and Fuzzy Burger Food Truck will be on site. \nTickets available at the door for $10 (cash or credit accepted). \n  \nPlease visit www.belairarmory.org for updates.
