DESCRIPTION:The 4th of July celebration in Bel Air\, MD is a highly anticipated event that brings the community together in a festive and patriotic spirit. Families and friends gather at for a day filled with fun activities  starting at 6:45am with a flag raising and leading right into a pancake breakfast.
