DESCRIPTION:Harford Plein Air is a painting competition that involves creating art in the open air. Artists from all over the US are juried into the competition through an application process. The selected artists are invited to paint various outdoor locations in Harford County and submit their paintings to be judged for prestigious awards. \nThe festival will be virtual this year\, following COVID-19 travel restrictions. SUMMARY:HARFORD PLEIN AIR
DESCRIPTION:Harford Plein Air is a painting competition that involves creating art in the open air. Artists from all over the US are juried into the competition through an application process. The selected artists are invited to paint various outdoor locations in Harford County and submit their paintings to be judged for prestigious awards. \nThe festival will be virtual this year\, following COVID-19 travel restrictions. Attendees will experience local art which celebrates the diversity that makes up Harford County.  Artists will be selling and demonstrating their crafts. The world fare tables and cultural booths take advantage of the opportunity to provide knowledge of the traditions of our world and how they have integrated into our diverse society today.
