DESCRIPTION:Only $50 for the 5-week APRIL session! Fly Dance Fitness® is a down right booty shakin’ dance fitness workout! If you haven’t checked us out yet\, what are you waiting for? We are celebrating 1-year of this fun program at the Bel Air Armory and all are welcome to join the fun!\nEach class incorporates fun\, funky\, easy to follow repetitive choreographed moves. This format combines cardiovascular exercise\, agility and memory retention. One new routine will be taught step by step in each class. No dance experience needed. Wear tennis shoes.\nThis registration includes 5-weeks of class (APRIL 1\, 8\, 15\, 22\, 29\, 2026)–class is 6:30-7:30pm (doors open 6:10pm).\nPurchase one ticket (listed under the April 1st date) and you will be registered for all 5 weeks. Must register online in advance. Sales will close once all spots have been claimed.\nTaught by the ONLY Certified Fly Dance Instructor in Maryland\, Tina is a wife\, mom\, Senior Associate of Finance/Owner of her family owned business. Tina’s passion for instructing group fitness began in 2011. Tina has always loved motivating her participants to challenge themselves\, step out of their comfort zones\, and just have FUN!! Tina has excelled her fitness training with running Spartan Races. She is currently certified in Fly Dance Fitness\, Les Mills BodyPump\, BodyJam\, and Barre Intensity.
