From Europe to the Caribbean, across the American continents, into the Pacific, and on to Eastern Asia, people will gather to read the Declaration of Independence together while celebrating the birth of our nation and the document that changed the world. The Hays House Museum is hosting an open invitation to all Harford County residents to share in the reading of the Declaration, or you can visit one of the participating Harford County Public Library branches, on July 8 from 6 to 7 pm.
