Bel Air Downtown Alliance: The Alliance’s proactive local proprietors and professionals create a vibrant business community & visitor friendly destination in Downtown Bel Air. They believe that artistic and cultural enterprises and events build a great quality of life as well as economic growth for both merchants and residents.
Bel Air Cultural Arts Commission: Members of the Cultural Arts Commission serve three year terms. They are an advisory commission to the Board of Town Commissioners on matters pertaining to the celebration and promotion of the cultural arts in the Town. Arts & Entertainment Advisory Board: Members provide a wide range of skills and expertise to help the Department of Economic Development grow and nurture the A & E District.
Maryland Center for the Arts: The Maryland Center for the Arts is dedicated to the establishment of a center in Harford County, accessible to all, to nurture art, artists and the community by providing a broad range of creative and collaborative experiences through quality arts education, presentations and exhibits in the disciplines of music, dance, theater, visual, traditional and literary arts.
Harford County Cultural Arts Board: As the government-appointed local arts agency, Harford County Cultural Arts Advisory Board is the premier local resource for arts, cultural, and historical organizations, individual artists, and the residents of Harford County, Maryland. The Board provides advocacy, financial, and administrative support to the local arts community, administers grant programs for local nonprofit organizations and schools, sponsors workshops and promotional events, and hosts an online Cultural Arts Calendar. The mission of the Cultural Arts Board is to “Preserve, Enhance, and Promote the Culture of Harford County, Maryland.”
The Cultural Arts Board publishes a calendar of events and quarterly newsletter in print and electronic format. Kaleidoscope, a bi-monthly program produced in partnership with Harford Cable Network, provides the latest in arts and entertainment information from around Harford County.
