Bel Air is famous for our festivals! Our residents love our festivals but they also bring visitors from far and wide. There’s always something to look forward to in the Arts and Entertainment District! Here is a sampling of our annual offerings. Check out the links for more information!
The Kite Festival is sponsored by the Town of Bel Air and the APGFCU and is held annually in the spring at Rockfield Park.

The Harford County Wine Festival is sponsored by the Rockfield Foundation and draws wine (and beer!) enthusiasts from near and far. Plus, there is great entertainment and a variety of vendors too. Held annually in September.
The Harford Plein Air Festival is sponsored by Maryland Center for the Arts, and is held annually in the fall. This festival draws artists from all over the country for a week long plein air event all through Harford County. Festival will culminate in Bel Air with an exhibit of works created during the week.
The Town of Bel Air Film Festival is sponsored by the Town of Bel Air. This three day festival each fall celebrates the art of filmmaking by offering fascinating, high caliber films not likely to be seen at other venues in the area. Photo by AJ Taylor Images.
